Could you please tell me some more about your products?
We have spent many years researching and testing all the componentry used in these products to ensure that you experience that feeling of success and satisfaction every time you go fishing. These products will make you feel proud to open your tackle box, clipping on a Tackle Tactics rig, casting out further than anyone else and catching the best catches of the day.
How is the best way to take care of my rigs?
Each of our rigs are packaged in reusable, resealable bags. After fishing for the day, wipe your rigs with a cloth and let them dry for a few minutes, then wrap the rigs loosely around your hand and then place back into it's plastic bag.
How do I order?
Simply click on the 'Add to Order' or 'Buy' links to add your items to our secure shopping cart.
After clicking on an 'add to order' link, your shopping cart page will appear listing the item you are wanting. You can then adjust quantities or continue shopping by clicking on the 'continue shopping' button, or you may go to the checkout. You will then be asked to give your name and address details and then you will be taken to our secure page for credit card processing (if that payment option is chosen). The whole process is very simple and painless.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS -
If you would like a quote for shipping costs please email us first of the list of items you wish to be purchasing. Do not send your credit card details with your email. We currently ship to Australia, USA, UK and Canada only.
Unfortunately we currently are unable to send Surf Rods or any oversized items overseas as the cost is far too high.
We may email you available shipping options and prices for your approval if we feel the freight price is higher than normal. Please allow a little time for us to work out the best options for you. If you do require a quote for shipping please email us or request a quote via the shopping cart.
NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS
Freight to anywhere in NEW ZEALAND is free for orders over $80.00 in value. (This generally excludes Kontikis, Kayaks, Outboard motors etc (anything oversized) of which a shipping charge will incur if shipping is needed). Please email us if unsure. If you would like a quote for shipping, please ask.
A small shipping handling fee will occur on orders below $80.00. Our standard shipping fee is $5.00

Payment by Credit Card When paying by Credit Card or Debit Card (Visa or Mastercard or Amex) your order will be dealt with straight away and will usually be sent off the same day depending on the time of day or if an order is received on the weekend it will be sent off on the Monday morning.
Payment by Cheque (NZ only) This means you can make your order via the shopping cart as usual and when it comes to choosing your payment options click on the 'Cheque Payment'. Your order details will then be sent to us and we will contact you via email as soon as possible regarding payment. You then send us a cheque and in the meantime we will prepare and
have your order ready to send as soon as payment is received. We will notify you when your order is sent.
Payment by Direct Credit (NZ only)
Same as above but when choosing your payment options click on the 'Direct Credit' option. Your order details are then sent to us and we will contact you via email giving you our bank account details for either crediting our account via online bankingor you can trundle off to your local bank and deposit the payment manually. Your order will be prepared and ready to send as soon as payment shows up in our account (Usually the next day) and we will notify you when your order is sent.
How secure is your order page?
We understand that security of credit card details is important to our customers. That's why , unlike many other e-commerce sites, our credit card processors Direct Payment Solutions use industry leading 128 bit encryption, to provide maximum security. For internet based payment systems, there is no more secure encryption option currently offered when validating sensitive credit card details in New Zealand than that used by Direct Payment Solutions. Other systems, including the SSL Secure icon you may see on some websites offer a lower level of encryption or as yet are still in trial or development phase.
Direct Payment Solutions has already chosen to be a leader when it comes to security.
