Gemini's System 100 Adjustable Mould This pack contains everything to get you up and running to produce your Gemini sinkers.  The concise instruction sheet, containing a step by step guide of casting techniques and guides for safety, will see you through the satisfaction of making your own weights with the minimum of fuss. Casts variable weights between 3-8oz!

Gemini Splash Down Mould Kit
This Complete DIY mould kit will allow you to produce your very own 130g, 150g and 170g Splash Down Sinkers. The mould is easy to use and comes with full instructions that will guide you through the full process, from casting the sinker, through to assembling the Splash Down bait clip on the tail of the sinker.

Kit Comprises of:

• 1 x Splash Down mould (2 piece, aluminium alloy)
• 1 X Splash Down sizing spacer
• 5 x Splash Down bait clip assemblies
• 5 x Splash Down stainless steel tail wires (1 x 130g, 3 x 150g and 1 x 170g)
• 5 x Breakout heads
• 20 x Stainless steel breakout grips and PVC tube
• 1 x Instructions

130g Splash Down Assembly Kit - Green (10)
This 130g (4oz) Splash Down Assembly Kit contains enough components (Not including the Lead) to produce 10 x 130g (4oz) Splash Down Sinkers. Splash Down Assembly Kits contian full instructions on how to cast and assemble your Splash Down Sinkers.

170g (6oz) Splash Down Assembly Kit - Red

This 170g (6oz) Splash Down Assembly Kit contains enough components (Not including the Lead) to produce 10 x 170g (6oz) Splash Down Sinkers. Splash Down Assembly Kits contian full instructions on how to cast and assemble your Splash Down Sinkers.

Plain Nose Cones

These plain nose cones will fit all of the System 100+ Sinkers and will make it a plain bomb for maximum flight and a rolling sinker on the sea bed.

Gemini Mould Clamp

The System 100+ Mould Clamp is designed to firmly clamp together the two halves of the System 100+ Mould or the new Splash Down Mould. 

Gemini Short Tail Wires

Short tail wires for use in the Gemini System 100+ Mould. These tail wires are ideal for making your own sinkers, suitable for making 90g (3oz), 110g (3.5oz) and 130g (4oz). Each pack contains 10 short tail wires.

Gemini Long Tail Wires

Long tail wires for use in the Gemini System 100+ Mould. These tail wires are ideal for making your own sinkers, suitable for making 150g (5oz), 170g (6oz), 190g (7oz) and 210g (8oz) sinkers. Each pack contains 10 long tail wires.

Gemini Mould Spacer

Replacement mould spacer for use with the Gemini System 100+ Mould.
